Vanessa Rojas Medina

Vanessa is a registered psychologist with over 10 years of experience supporting adults
through life’s challenges with warmth, empathy and a strong focus on practical outcomes. She
creates a safe and open space where clients feel heard and supported, working collaboratively
to develop treatment plans that reflect each person’s unique strengths and goals.
Vanessa draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness to
help clients build resilience and navigate difficulties with clarity and confidence. Her experience
spans a wide range of presentations including depression, anxiety, phobias, workplace stress,
career transitions, bullying, burnout, trauma, grief, and loss. She also supports individuals
navigating workers’ compensation claims, helping them manage psychological injuries.
