Dielle is a registered clinical psychologist with eight years’ experience across public, private and hospital settings. Her approach is warm, collaborative and evidence based. She uses therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation and EMDR to support clients in understanding themselves and building practical strategies for change.

She has a special interest in trauma and emotion regulation and believes that recovery happens in the context of safety, connection and compassion. Alongside clinical work, she is a board approved supervisor.

Dielle is able to see adults with the following presentations:
• Acute and complex trauma including PTSD
• Anxiety, worry, stress, perfectionism and procrastination
• Depression, mood disorders, hopelessness and low motivation
• Attachment trauma, including personality dynamics
• Relationship and interpersonal difficulties including family and parenting challenges
• Adjustment difficulties
• Sleep difficulties, nightmares and/or insomnia
• Workplace stress and burnout
• Body-focused repetitive behaviours (e.g. hair-pulling, skin-picking)

Dielle has availability face-to-face and via telehealth.

• PhD and Master of Clinical Psychology
• Endorsed Clinical Psychologist (AHPRA)
• Board Approved Supervisor (AHPRA)
