Belle is a registered psychologist experienced in supporting adults within the workers’ compensation scheme, helping individuals navigate recovery from anxiety, depression, acute trauma, and life stressors. She adopts a collaborative and client-centred approach, working closely with clients to improve wellbeing and foster resilience in the context of work and life challenges.

Belle integrates a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is committed to helping clients build insight, manage symptoms, and develop strategies for long-term wellbeing.

Belle works with adults presenting with:

  • Anxiety, depression, and mood disorders
  • Acute trauma and life stressors
  • Adjustment difficulties and coping with change

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor, Honours, and Master’s Degrees in Psychology, Counselling, and Psychotherapy
